Drive to Amanzimloti July 4, 2016

Well I had something short snd sweet written but J said it wasn't nice, so I guess I will try again.  I drove from the city as J didn't get enough sleep the night before, driving on the wrong side of the road is fine, except for when you are making turns because then you really have to think about what lane you are going to. Also, we kept looking for our seatbelts on the wrong side.

What we learned this trip is that I have a lead foot and that frustrates J, that driving together has a tendency to not bring out the best in people. J took over the wheel, enjoyed it much more than me, so he drove most of the trip, while I did shorter drives to and from our camp.

Potholes are a chronic issue in Africa, and can be extremely dangerous. Additionally the unpaved roads provide what locals call and African massage as they are sooo bumpy. But we survived and are still talking so J will just do the driving on the way back.
