So my last post was a bit of a ramble ... which is basically what traveling sick feels like so no harm done there. However I think it’s important to share what life has been like for me as of day 4. We’ve done awesome things, but in small doses with decent to long naps in between. As a result I am still struggling with insomnia at night, though I maybe anyway with the pain, and have not come away from the jet lag. I still have a head ache. Not the same one I started with. Probably on number3 at this point, but I don’t let it stop me from enjoying my vacation, I just spread things out more and do them for less time. We don’t stay out as late, we come home between activities. All of these things help make the trip more manageable for me.
Today we leave Brussels and head to Paris I will do s Brussels wrap up tomorrow night... we have a soccer game on tonight.

Traveling with chronic health issues
Traveling is hard enough, before you think about having a chronic health concern. Add that into the mix, and you’ve made for quite the adventure. I suffer from chronic migraines with and without auras as well as a physical tic on my right side that occurs between 25 and 400 Times a day but is still without diagnosis. These things add a layer of difficulty to my travel that most people don’t have to consider. Airline travel is a migraine trigger for me. 3 flights over a 24 hour Period is a recipe for a serious migraine. I went into this trip with a headache and am now over 40 hours into one of my worst migraines this year. My migraines make the ticking subtainially worse, to the point, I am unable to lift a glass with my right hand as there is a very high likelihood I will drop it. But I don’t get to sto living. I could do easily curl up in a ball and sleep for another day it two, but I am in Brussels and I want to see it. So I take my meds daily and I do the best I can. But I know that the first whole day I go anywhere is a wash because I will be drained with a migraine. It makes traveling hard, but it’s still so worth it.

What a year--euro trip
Sorry I haven't posted in over a year...it's not as if we haven't traveled, we have. We moved to Washington, we've been to Hawaii, London and now we are off to Brussels and Paris. So that is where we will pick up where we are. We are about to embark on 2 weeks in Europe. We will be in France for their next world cup game and I will update each day as we go.
Next time I long on will be in Europe, I will have lounge reviews and my thoughts on the Boeing Dreamliner.
